Pilar Mascaraque, professor of vocational training and director of the ‘Entrepreneurship Classroom’ at the Vallecas Magerit institute of higher eduction says that there are also sociocultural prejudices in the field of professional training. and highlights the urgency of better job orientation in this type of teaching. Regarding the relationship between the labour market and this training, Clara Bassols, director of the Bertelsmann Foundation, highlights Dual TVET as one of the methods to bring the educational world and the professional world closer together. This is a new modality of vocational training where students learn exactly what the market needs and in real situations, with much higher levels of job placement at the end of the training.
